Operations and maintenance that must be followed to keep the UST from leaking
USTs not covered by federal and state regulations
- Farm & residential tanks less than 1100 gallons
- Tanks storing heating oil on the premises where stored
- USTs storing hazardous waste
- Septic tanks
- Any UST less than 110 gallons
- Spill or overfill tanks
