relating to each individual scenario: 1. Which of the

each scenario? (i) The Constitution of the Republic of
South Africa, Act 200 of 1993; (ii) The Constitution of the
Republic of South Africa, 1996; (iii) The Employment
Equity Act 55 of 1998; (iv) The Promotion of Equality and
Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act 4 of 2000;
