of employment which is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to their employees"
who doesn't need to keep an OSHA injury and illness record? - ANS -employers with
consistently under 10 employees during the previous calendar year. (unless OSHA or the
Bureau of labor statistics informs them in writing to keep records)
