● Public companies must send a Form SH50 with the Form INO1 - as they also need a
trading certificate showing proof of trade and share capital of £50k is met
● LLP - sends a Form LL INO1 to Companies House
Fees:
● £40 to send forms by post
● £12 online - varies depending on type of company
Other Requirements:
● Also need to register for corporation tax with HMRC - within 3 months of starting the
business
● If making taxable supplies over a certain threshold should also apply to HMRC for VAT
and get a VAT number

● details of each proposed member, including whether that member is to be a designated
member
● details of People with Significant Control
● a statement of compliance
