Several factors contribute to shaping this experience, and these can impact passengers’
levels of comfort, convenience, and satisfaction.
1. Check-in Process
The check-in process is the first point of contact for passengers at the airport. It
includes getting boarding passes, checking in luggage, and confirming seat
preferences. A smooth, quick, and efficient check-in process can positively
influence the airport experience. Long queues or unhelpful staff can make this
stage stressful and frustrating.
