Summary IEB Physical Sciences Paper II - Energy Change and Rate of Reaction

As someone who really struggled with Physical Sciences and questioned my own study methods, I made it my mission to make perfect study notes that had absolutely everything I would need to prepare for tests/exams. I have read thoroughly through the official National Senior Certificate document (updated 2024 version) for Physical Sciences to ensure that I have everything mentioned/explained/expanded on in these notes (including the exact definitions needed word for word).
