1. This question paper consists of three sections: Section A (25 marks), Section B (75 marks)
and Section C – the integrated scenarios (2 x 25 marks).
2. Answer all the questions.
3. Read the questions carefully, taking note of the mark allocations. In general, one mark is
allocated per fact. A two-mark question would therefore require two facts, and so on.
4. Answers such as ‘cheaper’, ‘faster / slower’, ‘easier’, etc. will ONLY be accepted if properly
motivated.
5. Do NOT use brand names in your answers, unless specifically required.
6. Draw a 2 cm margin at the right side of your answer sheets.
7. Number the answers according to the numbering system used on this question paper.
8. Leave a blank line after each sub-question.
9. Draw a line after each main question.
10. Write neatly and legibly.
