Sexual Harassment - is deliberate or repeated sexual based behavior that is not welcome, not

Trustee - a person who, because of good conduct, is given some measure of freedom in and
around the prison or jail

Child - means a person who is: 10 but under 17

Mental Illness - illness, disease, or condition that either substantially impacts a person's thought,
perception of reality, emotional process, or judgement, or grossly impairs a person's behavior, as
manifested by recent disturbance behavior

Insanity - is considered "a diminished capacity and inability to tell right fro wrong"

Psychosis - a group of serious and often debilitating mental disorders that may be of organic or
psychological origins and are characterized by some or all of the following symptoms:

and benefit of a person
