contribute to the company's growth by expressing creative ideas and always
have open access to voice concerns and provide feedback. They also
encourage customers to participate in product development through
customer testing labs and inviting the local fisherman in their new market to
co-design elements of their product--ensuring that it meets customer needs
while maintaining the company's sustainability goals. These collaborative &
innovative practices are in alignment with the company's organizational
culture. The organizational structure is an advantage to the company, and it
will be significantly helpful in its efforts to expand into other Asian countries.
