someone from doing something undesirable.

Adverse Administration and Punitive Actions Discipline - ....ANSWER☑️☑️...-These

are quality force management tools available to supervisors, superiors, and

commanders. These tools help instruct, correct, and improve those who depart from

standards of performance, conduct, bearing, integrity, and whose actions degrade

the individual and unit's mission. When properly used, these actions contribute to

unit discipline and unit morale and enhance mission accomplishment

behavior falls below the Line of Acceptability, you must apply the PDP. The actions

used to modify subordinate behavior depends on how far the subordinate deviates

from the Line of Acceptability and the circumstances surrounding the infraction.

Informal counseling - ....ANSWER☑️☑️...-used with minor misconduct and first-time

offenses, can be an effective first step for you. It's a good idead to document verbal

stronger actions than informal counseling or when the behavior has continued

(LOC)to record the counseling session
