Molly Blake - WGU D663 Task 2 : Professional
Dispositions , Ethics Insights and Requirements .
A)
I completed the activity titled, Accepting Feedback. The
professional
dispositions I displayed in the activity were:
• Communication
• Empathy
• Professionalism
In this activity, another student teacher approached a peer and me
after the school day had ended. She was unhappy with the score
she had received on a recent evaluation. As she drafted a charged
email to mentors and staff, the other peer and I offered her some
advice before sending off her emails. I displayed empathy for Anika
by listening to her concerns and confusion as to why her score was
not satisfactory for her evaluation. I then displayed communication
and professionalism skills by offering her guidance on where to look
for clarity, before sending off an inappropriate and rude email to
those involved.
B)

2. I am enrolled in an initial licensure program.

interacting with
adults and students while working within a school environment.
