When a child is enrolled in the child care program, the specific statements must be

Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care
personnel, documenting the times when each child enters and departs the program
daily attendance records must be kept as follows:
- for a minimum of 4 months of child care facilities
- for a minimum of 12 months for school-age programs
