This proposal recommends the implementation of a formal training administration
system for Commu-Tech. The aim is to address the organisation’s current
shortcomings in tracking, planning, and evaluating training and development
initiatives. The proposed system will improve training coordination and ensure
compliance with the Skills Development Act, the Skills Development Levies Act, and
relevant frameworks such as the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training
Report (ATR) submissions.
A formalised system will ensure that Commu-Tech records training activities
accurately and consistently. This will support compliance with Sector Education and
Training Authority (SETA) requirements and strengthen the company’s ability to
