are going to want better services for the same price, and the only
solution is to constantly reevaluate all of your services and keep
improving them whenever possible (can't be satisfied with what you
provide currently)
-Data security: phishing, hackers, leaks are a much bigger problem
now, so you need to invest money in data security, employee training,
malware detection software, etc.
