The primary challenge confronting the Vodacom Bulls is dysfunctional team dynamics,
which manifests in several detrimental ways:
1. Poor Communication
o Players do not openly share ideas or strategies, instead operating under
the assumption that teammates should intuitively understand each other’s
intentions (Smith & Jones, 2019). This lack of verbal and non-verbal
communication leads to misalignment during critical moments in matches.
