To adapt to these changes, fast food vendors need to enhance customer satisfaction through value proposition. “This is achieved through the establishment of specific customers' needs and putting in place strategies that promote value addition for these customers” (Branch, 2019). The fast-food industries provide convenient locations for their customers. They are strategically

located off highway exits and also at local stations to enhance easy accessibility. At these outlets,

customers enjoy comfortable sitting and in-store facilities. Most customers appreciate a

congenial and enjoyable venue with a conducive environment where they can relax with family

and friends and feel at home. Fast food restaurants have highly trained workers to ensure

customers are served fast and efficiently. Delayed or inefficient services demean a firm’s

customer value. Fast food restaurants also integrate consistent quality menu items that are

appealing to the customer. This includes a broad range of products to choose from, for different

demographic settings of the population. This makes the fast-food restaurant more convenient for

their variety of products that suit different classes of people with different lifestyles.
