service
Introduction
The task is to deploy a cloud-based collaboration solution pilot for a current small technical manual
writing department. All company applications and data are currently hosted on on-premises servers,
but the IT director wants to understand the amount of value that can be gained by leveraging cloud
technologies. The project will give the five users in the department cloud-based storage upon which
to collaborate on word documents and spreadsheets. Additionally, the system should include
calendar sharing and be accessible from at least two desktop web browsers and one mobile
operating system. This pilot will determine the viability of the cloud solutions for company-wide
adoption.

Folder Planning
The system also has the problems of a duplicate "Employee 4" entry and unclear roles
for Employee 2 and Employee 3. Moreover, all employees must be properly connected to the main
system. Therefore, in order to fix these problems, the duplicate entry will be deleted, definite roles
for Employees 2 and 3 will be established, and all employees will be properly connected with the
main system. In doing so, clarity will be enhanced, definite roles will be assured, and the system will
be streamlined.
