Abstract
, This paper explores Cuba’s strategic culture and how it has shaped
the nation’s history, ideology, and its outlook on both domestic and foreign
affairs. This study also examines the identity, values, norms, and strategic
lenses that define the Cuban experience. By utilizing academic literature
and the personal perspective of a Cuban interviewee, this study offers a
layered understanding of how Cuba maintains and adapts its strategic
posture in response to internal challenges and external pressures. The
analysis reveals a nation navigating global influence while working to
preserve its traditional revolutionary ideals.
