The first step to begin assessing the organization’s training needs is to define and identify
the three levels of needs analysis: organization, job, and person. At the most broad level,
organization, it will be vital to assess if the organization currently has adequate resources to
provide training to potentially all 100 new floor agents. Next, at the job level, a combination of
task-based and competency-based job analysis will be used to determine if the knowledge and
skills of the newly acquired floor agents aligns with the expectations of the organization. Finally,
