What is the non-resident violator compact? (NRVC) - ANSWERSThe agreement says that if a
driver from one member state is stopped in another member state, for an offense that does not
require mandatory revocation of the person's drivers license, the law enforcement officer will
not arrest the non member but will issue the nonresident a citation and allow the non resident
to proceed on his/her own way.
