The results of the 360 Refined survey show that I’m an effective leader who brings action
and character to my team. My most effective leadership skills are credibility and integrity.
Credibility is an effective skill for my team because members trust and believe in what I say. An
example of how I show credibility is when I share transparency about upcoming changes that
may not be favorable to the team. Credibility is a skill that is valued by my team because it
fosters open communication in our department. Integrity is another effective skill because it
demonstrates to my team that I adhere to the ethical principles of our company. An example of
when I show integrity is when I take responsibility for my actions and own up to mistakes I’ve
, made. Integrity is a skill my team values because it shows the team that we do what is right, even
when nobody is watching.
The results of the CQ survey show that I’m an effective leader who has a good strategy
for handling multicultural interactions. Having a good strategy means I am aware of
multicultural situations when they occur, and can check my assumptions and plan accordingly.
An example of this would be when I meet with a local tribe for work; I plan what social norms
are best practice by reaching out to our Native American Relations advisor, I sense the
perspectives of the tribe members throughout our interaction, and I check my assumptions
before, during, and after the meeting to see how it met my expectations. Cultural intelligence
