✔✔Removal by Relative or Friend - ✔✔If person desiring removal is no an heir at law,
they must get written consent from a majority of the known heirs at law who are
residents of the state. Removal of all remains without consent may be caused by:
- Purchaser or owner of the plot
- Purchaser or owner of the right of interment in the plot
- any one of joint purchases or owners of plot or right of interment in the plot
Heirs or heirs at law may remove the remains of persons interred in the plot. Affidavit
setting out facts of heirship shall be sufficient

No person shall knowingly or willfully inter the remains of more than one body in a
single plot, or use an already occupied grave.

boundary of a cemetery where burials have taken place in the past 5 years without

* Any other charges, which shall be particularized
* Space and location sold.

✔✔Cemetery Authority Power - ✔✔May make, amend, add to, revise, or modify, and
enforce rules and regulations for use, care, control, management, restriction and
protection of all or any part of the cemetery.
Include but note limited to:
- Restricting and limiting use of all property within cemetery
- Regulating the uniformity and types of markers/monuments and other structures, but
shall not require markers/monuments be purchased by cemetery
- Prohibiting the erection of monuments/markers/structures
- Regulating or prohibiting monuments, effigies, structures and provide for their removal
- Regulating or preventing the introduction or care of plants or shrubs in the cemetery
- Preventing interment in any part of the cemetery of human remains not entitled to
interment and preventing the use of interment plots for purposes violative of its
restrictions or rules and regulations
- Regulating the conduct of persons and preventing improper assemblages in the
cemetery
- Making and enforcing rules and regulations for all other purposes deemed necessary
by cemetery authority for proper conduct of business and safeguarding the premises
and principles, plans, and ideals of cemetery.

authority.
