to mm- 1000/100= 10) to get multiplying factor, multiply large number by the multiplying factor.
Ex. 50cm->500mm
\Changing from smaller to larger units - ANS-Divide the larger unit value by the smaller value
(mm to cm- 1000/100=10) to get the dividing factor, divide small number by the dividing factor.
Ex. 120mm->12cm
\Dosage - ANS-The drug dose per drug form (capsule, tablet, liquid)
\Drip rates for KVO (keep vein open) - ANS-It's a microdrip set at 60 gtt/mL and using a 250-mL
IV bag. KVOs have a specific infusion rate such as 10-20 mL/hr
