Accessible Egress - ✔✔Minimum 36" to exit or area of refuge. IBC supersedes

this by requiring minimum 44".

occupant load of building.

Egress Stair - ✔✔This stair type must be a minimum of .3" of the buildings total

occupant load.

2 Exits - ✔✔Minimum required exits for 1 to 500 occupants per floor

3 Exits - ✔✔Minimum required exits for 501 to 1000 occupants per floor

4 Exits - ✔✔Minimum required exits for over 1000 occupants per floor
