#1) Aligns with CO #1: After completing this assessment, students will demonstrate an
understanding of the determinants of health. This question is aimed at assessing students’
understanding of the social determinants of health, and how many groups they are sectioned into.
#2) Aligns with CO #2: After completing this assessment students will demonstrate
knowledge of the role of a community healthcare nurse. This question is aimed at assessing
students’ understanding of the many diverse roles a community healthcare nurse has, including
listening to patients’ problems and providing support.
