mental ill indiv and shifted focus to prevention and community based continuum of

sent to hospitals where they don't get the care they need, creates a cycle
5. Pharmacogenomics- based on genomics, pharmacogenomics, personalized
medicine(based on genes), cytochrome p450 system(liver enzymes that metab sub
