The dosage is 10 to 20 mg daily for 3

Contraindications/Precautions

Monitor nuerological status
asses serum iron
Interactions
Pyridoxine has no known severe or serious interactions with other drugs

Altretamine- lowers altretamine’s effectiveness
Levodopa- pyridoxine decreases effectiveness of levodopa
Phenobarbital- effectiveness decreases by pyridoxine
