In reflecting on my learning experience in this course, I found that the concepts and skills I've
acquired have significantly broadened my understanding of nursing practice. As a baccalaureate-
prepared nurse, I envision using these concepts in several ways:
Critical Thinking: The course has honed my critical thinking skills, which I plan to apply in
diagnosing and treating patients.
Leadership: I've learned the importance of leadership in nursing, which I will use in
coordinating patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams.
