Spore tests - ANSWER-Must be performed every 30 days

Application requirements for tattoo licensure - ANSWER-Submit an application along
with an application fee. Prove you've completed CPR, BBP & first aid courses. Show
evidence of completing qualifying pathway. Age verification.
A temporary tattoo license is not to exceed - ANSWER-30 consecutive calendar days
A licensure is eligible to renew a temporary license - ANSWER-2 times a year
Request to renew a license... - ANSWER-Must be received 20 days in advance before
tattooing services are provided.
