Answer:
In my opinion, non-partisan elections in the United States have their advantages and
disadvantages. On the positive side, canceling out party labels can lead to voters increasing
their consideration on qualifications, polices, and character of the candidates rather that party
line. This diminishes partisanship and obliterating negativity common with partisan
campaigns. On the other hand, it might help create a more agreed-on political culture since
more electoral contenders will be willing to be rated based on issues and not projects of the
political party. However, a concern that rises is that, non-partisan elections means that many
people may vote blindly especially since most of the time, they use the party banner to easily
