Cargo Carrying Capacity - answer✔is the total weight of all the cargo that can be carried.
Net Tonnage - answer✔is used to calculate how much harbour dues must be paid; volume that can be
used to carry cargo. Net tonnage is not a measure of the weight of the ship or its cargo, and should not

potable water.
Moulded Breadth - answer✔indicates the inside breadth of the cargo holds.
Beam - answer✔indicates the greatest distance between starboard- and port sides.
