reactions, blurred vision, pneumonia hours after meds, taken weekly,
infusion, IM: give deeply in large

Contraindications/Precautions
hypersensitivity, anemia, renal disease, alcoholism, HIV,
Pregnancy X, hepatic disease
Nursing Interventions
breastfeeding, children, renal disease, radiation therapy, assess buccal cavity every 8
