Golden Rule - ANS 1) Do onto others as you would have them do to you.
2) Create a community of raving fans by exceeding the members expectations.

PPCC - ANS 1) Pick Up
2) Push In
3) Clean Up
4) Close what is Open
Keep YOUR parking lot, club, locker room, and department in "like new" condition.
Meet and Greet Members - ANS 1) Look into the eyes of your members till they see you.
2) Give them a heart felt and meaningful greeting (5 Foot Rule)
3) Share knowledge about club from postings on myLT and LT Pulse
Handle or Handoff - ANS 1) Identify- Sop/Look
2) Care- Listen
3) Assist- Restate
