Procedure - Answer. A precise direction on how to interpret and implement the
policy.
Unit-Dose drug delivery system - ANSWER provides patient-specific,
individually packaged medication, minimizing caregiver manipulation and
mistakes.
The most fundamental approach of preventing the spread of infection is to wash
hands.
At a minimum, pain assessments should be conducted. On admission, any
change in condition, any time suspected, and quarterly.
Adult Protective Services: ANSWER State and local agencies that examine
allegations of abuse and neglect, service exploitation
, or abandonment. Referrals to APS can be made when the individual neglects
himself or herself, or when someone else neglects or abuses an adult person.
Aging and Disability - Answer Resource Centers for older individuals and those
with disabilities provide a single point of access to the long-term supports and
services system. Through the coordination of (ADRCs) existing aging and
disability service systems, ADRCs raise visibility about the full range of
available options, provide objective information, counseling, and assistance;
empower people to make informed decisions about their long-term care; and
