What is input? - ANSWERinformation that is received via their senses: sight, hearing,
touch. The performer has to select which is best to focus on.

What is decision making? - ANSWERthe information is analysed by the performer so
they can choose the most appropriate response.

What is output? - ANSWERthe decision is made and then acted upon the brain send
info to muscles through the nervous system and the muscles move to perform the skill
or action.

What is a feedback loop? - ANSWERthe information received about the output whether
your decision and action were good or bad it can be stored for the future and the
feedback is either intrinsic or extrinsic.

What is intrinsic feedback? - ANSWERinformation that comes from within, concerning,
the feel of a movement, such as what it feels like to balance.
