Use the internet to source two pictures of office chairs (ergonomic and nonergonomic) and give reasons why one is ergonomic and the other is non- ergonomic.  Question 2 2. The organisation of your choice wants to either hire or purchase a photocopier. Conduct a cost analysis of the purchasing or hiring of a photocopier and make recommendations. You must include examples in your answers.  Question 3 3. You have to replace the desktop computers (PCs) of administrative clerks in the organisation of your choice. Evaluate THREE different types of PC and recommend ONE. Your recommendation should be based on at least FIVE different factors (such as price and compatibility). Tabulate the comparison of these factors and give reasons for your choice. Include evidence of the options in the form of brochures and/or internet printouts.  Question 4 4. Perform an internet search of the duties of production managers and indicate how you would use the productivity ratio to measure the production manager's productivity regarding each responsibility or duty.  Question 5 5. Research the organisation of your choice and indicate whether the organisation uses e-commerce or not. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce.
