tolerate the practice of sexual harassment to civilian or military personnel. In cases of
sexual harassment, report to a commanding officer or any officer. This isn't snitching, its
helping the civilian or sailor being harassed
Fraternization (DEP and RTC) - Answer -Recruits and recruiters can not have an
unprofessional/unofficial relationship. During the time at RTC, sailors can not have
social interactions between sexes, also including recruiters.
