The following constitute authorized cause for suspension, demotion,or
dissmissal of a regular employee under the Merit System Rules. - -

procedures as may be designated by the director. A candidate must request
inspection in writing to the Director within*** of the written exam

-In order for an employee to receive pay for one of the Maricopa County
Legal holidays, the employee must be in a pay status (either time worked
