female breasts to children (generally referred to as “flashing”) but not rape because Y agreed to the
sexual penetration.

X commits compelled self-sexual assault in terms of section 7 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences
and Related Matters) Amendment Act 32 of 2007 and rape.

X commits rape in terms of section 3 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters)
Amendment Act 32 of 2007, attempted assault and extortion.
d.
X commits sexual assault in terms of section 5 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related
Matters) Amendment Act 32 of 2007, rape and extortion.
