Patient KF
BACKGROUND:
> Patient KF was injured in a motorcycle accident.
> He was able to recall stored information from his LTM
> He could only recall visual information from his STM, but not acoustic information.
SIGNIFICANCE:
> The MSM says we have one store for STM which is coded acoustically, but Patient KF could only
remember visual information from his STM and nothing else, suggesting that there are separate stores for
STM which are coded differently.
> Essentially this case study suggests that the MSM is not detailed enough.
