In this part of the task it would be explained how retailers as T.K.Maxx and Argos are
focusing on selling their products in order to made a higher profit comparing to the previous
years.Therefore it is essential for them to focus on their customers by providing good
customer service in order to increase their satisfaction and to influence them to buy their
products.In addition the retailers are having the four main components for customer focus
and those are: customer satisfaction, collection and uses of customer information, use of ICT
in communication with customers and customer relationship management (CRM).

Customer service is very essential for a retailer as it helps them to gain and maintain a good
