attendees by passing them to complete a short questionnaire of 10 questions
in order to find out if our event was a success and what things need to be
improved for future event.in fact after finishing our event is very important for
our team to receive as much feedback as possible from our attendees ,in this
way our team could find out what improvements we could make to our product
or service.
In order to evaluate our event to high standards we have chosen
questionnaires as one of the method because it will collect in a shorter period
of time without any spendings the quantitative and qualitative data from
customers, teachers and our team.This gives attendees the opportunity to
evaluate the effectiveness of various aspects of our event such as service,
product demonstrations and the overall experience with the event. My team
and I had to use questionnaires in order to evaluate the results and compare
them with how we organised the event.The obtained results will be used to
improve our event in
the future also to avoid the obstacles and to know what the customers prefer
more.In fact , after collecting all the questionnaires from the customers our
team concluded that 100% of our attendees enjoyed our organised
event ,therefore the result showed that they have been 100% satisfied with our
customer service that we have been given to them.In some comments a
customer specified that one of our member made her day by being on the right
time and place as our member went to sell some remained products in the
open access where the client has been thirsty but were to busy to go
canteen.Overall our questionnaires results showed that our event were
successful.Some products have been more popular than other but it raised
enough money for Age UK charity.In addition we have made a bigger profit
than other teams.This has happened due to the fact that my team and I worked
together in a productive and cooperative way by being present to all event
planning meeting and the event itself.
Asking attendees questions as ,why are they there, do they ever organise an
event, is anything they didn’t like, would they come again, will help our team to
understand what to do and what not to do next time when managing an
event.The objective of this kind of questions is to determine whether the efforts
put into our event planning met expectations.
In fact on the first question ‘Were the prices suitable?’ , we received a 100%
agreement from our attendees that our prices were reasonable and cheaper
than our competitors which were other teams and the canteen.Most of our
products cost around £0.50.On the second question ‘Was the place
convenient?’, all of our attendees responded yes due to the fact that it took
place in one of the most crowded area which were the main Uxbridge hall.On
the question ‘Were the games satisfactory?’, we received 90% agreement as
the game were popular and wanted by our customers which were the
Fifa18.However some of the attendees said that it would better if were and
other games.At the ‘Were the products satisfactory?’ question, we obtained
100% agreement due to the fact that we had the right products to sell as cold
drinks and snacks.In addition we received 100% agreement that our stall was
pleasing and that our allergen information were accurate.Even though our
