Voor u ligt het onderzoeksrapport ‘Een onderzoek naar de tot stand gekomen kostprijs per product om
de logistiek in het algemeen uit handen van PERCULATORA te nemen’. Het rapport is geschreven in
het kader van een vierdejaars beroepsproduct van studie Business Studies logistiek aan de
Hogeschool Inholland gelegen in Haarlem.
In opdracht van PERCULATORA is er onderzoek gedaan om als logistiek dienstverlener de logistieke
warehousing activiteiten uit te voeren in het distributiecentrum van de klant.
Het onderzoek heeft plaatsgevonden gedurende de periode september 2018 tot en met november
2018.

For a logistics service provider, it’s very important to understand the different flows and how these are
coordinated for the European product demand. The logistics service providers want these flow fast,
cheap and affordable. With this research rapport we give as a consultancy company Perculatora an
quotation for take over the logistics services. This service is from the moment the goods arrive in the
harbour until the goods leave the warehouse.
In which way is it possible to develop a quotation with all the enquirements and as low
possible costs?
PERCULATORA has three different models: Milano, Calabria and Sienna. Each model has a different
consumer demand per month and is different in size, weight and specifications. In the costprice per
product will include all the logistics activities from port arrival in Rotterdam untill arrival at the
distribution center and all the activities within the distribution center.
From the port the goods arrive at the distribution center by lorries, at the loading dock. In the
distribution center the goods are cleared, stored, tested and modified. At the loading docks the goods
leave the distribution center and with lorries they are brought to consumers in Europe. On the base of
the busiest monthly demand, it is determined how large the various spaces in the distribution center
must be and how many employees are needed per space.
On the base of the total costs and the calculated margin, a cost price per product has been calculated.
This is price per product to organize the entire logistic services in Europe on behalf of
PERCULATORA.
