SNHU QSO 340 – Project Management 7-2 Project Three Project Analysis and Recommendations Southern New Hampshire University Introduction Upon reaching the end of release one of the XYZ business workflow project, ABC solutions project team has been able to reflect and identify both its successes and areas of needed improvement. If one thing has become present to the project manager, it's that the project has presented its fair share of hurdles that needed to be overcome. Some potential problems were overlooked and presented itself midway through the project, making last-minute adjustments both a financial and timely setback. At the same time, the project also demonstrated that even though changes were necessary, the ABC solutions team working through this project was both diligent and competent towards meeting all assigned tasks. While issues have become present after release one, recommendations towards those affairs are presently mapped out to ensure the second phase runs with practical risk mitigation.
