case of audit.

hour or more in length, record of attendance, documentation of completion, evaluation

Ans: NIH, APA, NASP, NASW, AMA, MD Dept of Health and Mental Hygiene, MD Psych
Assoc (approved by APA), accredited academic institution
20). Failure to complete ce requirements
Ans: - do not complete, or do not comply with audit within 30 days
21). If denied license or renewal, can request a hearing
Ans: within 30 days, in writing; Board convenes a hearing
22). To reactivate license from inactive
Ans: Provide proof of 20 CE (10 or fewer independent study) in last year. If more than
