In this business report I am going to talk about the jobs at Enterprise Rent-a-Car that
are for internships.
1.1 Terms of Reference
This business report is for Uzma Mirza and this is due on the Friday 26th of January
2018.
1.2 Procedure
I have carried out my primary and secondary research. My secondary research was
done by research from the internet.
1.3 Findings
Enterprise rent-a-car was founded by Jack Taylor in 1957, the company is a well
known as customers can find it more beneficial if they rent a car then having to buy a
new one. With more than 9,000 location worldwide in countries like America, UK,
Canada, France and many others. The company has been very successful mainly
due to the incredible leadership and entrepreneurial courage from the employees
that has allowed to build themselves a high reputation. The main purpose for the
Enterprise rent-a-car is for leasing, vehicle sharing, van-pooling and many more.
Enterprise has also has also helped out the public, they managed to donate over
$200 million to 100s of non-profitable organisations so they can improve the
community and environment. This has allowed the company to be very successful as
they want to build a relationship with the public and other businesses so they can be
more recognised.
Over the years the company has made lots of services in order to satisfy the
customer’s needs and expectations. The company has gained a high reputation due
to their quality of the service they will deliver towards their customers. Another
reason why Enterprise rent-a-car is so successful is because of their importance if
mainly aimed at their employees. Enterprise does offer many placements to trainees
and students who can work and gain skills and experience. They can learn new
management, customer service and marketing skills. This could help build their
knowledge so maybe one day they could even take a position to represent
Enterprise rent-a-car as a company.
