Purchase Order Answer- Document confirming what is being purchased from a vendor. Can be created using estimates. Purchase Orders can be used to create invoices (for customers) and bills/expenses (for vendors)
How to see Estimates Answer- Sales->All Sales-> filter by transaction type

How to enable Purchase Orders Answer- Gear -> Acct and Settings -> Expenses tab -> Purchase Order Section ->Purchase Orders slider

Turn and Estimate into Purchase Order Answer- Sales->All Sales->Estimate
Select EDIT on the estimate you want to use
Select down arrow next to creat invoice and select copy to purchase order
Create Bill/Expense from Purchase Order Answer- Expenses -> Vendors -> Purchase Order
In drop down next to Purchase order you want to use, select create expense/create bill

Expenses -> filter by transaction type.
In drop down of Purchase order you want to use, select 'Copy to bill'
Converting Estimate to an invoice Answer- Sales -> All Sales -> Estimate box
Find estimate, and select 'Convert to Invoice'
Customer Statement Types Answer- Balance Forward (Beg Balance + transactions for date range all, open, or overdue)
Open Item (List of Open Items from the last 365 days)
Transaction Statement (All transactions for date range)
Creating Statements for multiple customers Answer- New -> Statement

Customers -> create statement from batch actions
Select desired customers
Select statement type
Delete a statement Answer- Open statement, select delete from bottom of the screen
