Our business structure
In our group we have fve individuals. Firstly our project managers
are Mia and Tegan and their role in our group is to have an overall
responsibility of the group which includes decision making and
ensuring all areas are put together correctly and to a good standard.
We chose Tegan and Mia for this role as they are best suited
because both of them are good leaders, are confdent and
professional. Secondly we have Chloe as our fnance manager, her
role is to keep track of everything money related such as loans and
how much is being spent, this information should be noted on a
cash fow forecast, Chloe is good for this role as she is excellent and
Maths and passed her Maths GCSE with a 5. Next we have our
marketing manager, who is Samantha and she has the responsibility
of carrying out all the research such as who our target markets are,
designing promotional material to ensure we have customers
attending our event and also costing advertisements. Sam is ideal
for this job as she is creative and has good knowledge on the best
ways of promotion. Lastly our last role is the administration
manager which is me and my role is to take on the responsibility of
keeping the group organised which can be done by recording the
decided objectives of our event, setting timescales to ensure
everything is done on time and is done professionally, competing an
actions required list and making sure everyone has copies of all the
required paperwork. I am good for this role as I am an organised
person and have good time keeping skills with a 100% punctuality
attendance.
