When does an RPh personal license registration expire? - December 31st on each evennumbered year. Should be renewed prior to January 1st of the following year. UNLESS you're a new grad and just received your license, you do not need to renew at the end of that year. Ex: New grad of 2020 registers, don't renew in December 2020. Renewal is due December 2022. What happens when you don't renew your personal registration within 60 days of its expiration? - You can still reapply for renewal but need to do more CE credits and pay late fees in addition to license fees What happens if you don't renew your personal registration and it has been over 2 years since it's expiration? - If your license was not suspended or revoked, you must take and pass MPJE again What happens if your license has been suspended or revoked for over 2 years? - Must retake and pass MPJE, and may also have to retake the NAPLEX How many CEs are required to renew MA license? - 40 contact hours EVERY 2 years (20 contact hours per calendar year) What are the required CEs that must be completed prior to renewal? - 2 hours in pharmacy law, 1 hour of immunization training within two-year cycle How many CEs can be completed at home? What needs to be written on hard copy? - Within 7 days after authorizing. Must have "Emergency situation" with the correct quantity with "Authorization for Emergency Dispensing" written on face of prescription.
