1. Define Administrative Law. [6]
Administrative law is a constituent of public law. Administrative law governs the actions
of governmental bodies and individuals, whether they be natural people or legal
entities, who exercise public authority or carry out public duties. The regulation of state
institutions and individuals, whether natural or legal, involves establishing the specific
processes to be adhered to while exercising public powers or performing public
responsibilities. It also entails ensuring that such actions are conducted in accordance
with legal limits. Regulating encompasses the use of authority to oversee and manage
certain actions.
